Future Diplomats in Action

At the “First Step Toward a Diplomatic Career” Seminar, our students—aspiring diplomats of the future—had the opportunity to meet distinguished guests. Ambassador Ufuk Ekici, Permanent Representative of Türkiye to the Organization of Turkic States, and Yiğit Ataoğlu, Deputy Director General of Personnel at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, came together with our students. Organized by our Career Development and Alumni Relations Office, the seminar featured insightful discussions on multilateral diplomacy, global cooperation, and Türkiye’s role on the international stage. Participants also received comprehensive guidance on career pathways within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including recruitment processes, examination stages, and professional development opportunities. Vice Deans Prof. Mediha Göbenli and Asst. Prof. Mehmet Tolga Uslu attended the event on behalf of our faculty.
